Allu Arjun is an Indian film actor who is primarily seen in Telugu cinema. He is also known for his exceptional dance skills. Due to his huge following in Kerala, he got hs named dubbed as “Mallu Arjun”. He thus makes sure that all his movies get dubbed in Malayalam.

Allu Arjun was born in Madras (now Chennai) on 8 April 1983. His father is a Telugu film producer and distributor Allu Aravind. He name of his mother is Nirmala. His paternal grandfather was Allu Ramalingaiah, Telugu film comedian and his paternal aunt, Surekha Konidala is married to popular film actor and former politician, Chiranjeevi. Popular actor Ram Charan is his cousin.

Allu Arjun got married to actress and model, Sneha Reddy on 6 March 2011 in Hyderabad. The couple has two children, a son named Allu Ayaan and a daughter, Allu Arha. Arjun and Sneha met for the first time at a common friend.s wedding. Arjun fell in love with Sneha at the first sight. And when he propsed her for marriage she accepted without any hesitation. Sneha even has her husband’s name “Arjun” inked on her left-hand ring finger.

Sneha Reddy was born in Hyderabad on 29 September 1985. His father is businessman K. C. Shekhar Reddy who Is also the visionary chairman of SCIENT Institute of Technology (SIT) situated in Hyderabad. Her mother Kavita Reddy is a homemaker. Sneha has a younger sister named Nagu Reddy. After completing her schooling from Oakridge International School in Hyderabad she shifted to the USA for further studies. She did B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering and Masters in Computer Science. Thereafter she returned home. She helped her father at SIT and served as the Director of the Academic and Placement cell there. Allu Arjun was first seen as a child actor at the age of three in the film Vijetha (1985). He was seen as a dancer in Daddy (2001). His debut as a lead actor was with the film, Gangotri (2003). Next, he was seen in comedy film Arya (2004) in which his role also turned out to be a breakthrough role. The role earned him his first Best Telugu Actor Award at Filmfare Awards South. He also won a Special Jury Award at the Nandi Awards which recognize talent in the Telugu entertainment industry. Even Arya was a critical and commercial success.
Arjun has starred in film across genres. He did experimental films like Varudu (2010) and Vedam (2010). He has starred in action film Badrinath (2011), action-comedy film Julayi (2012), action-thriller Iddarammayilatho (2013). He was also part of India’s first 3D historical film, Rudhramadevi (2015).
He has also acted in and produced a short film, I am that Change (2014). The film was made to spread awareness about individual social responsibility.
He was last seen in the film Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo in 2020. The film grossed more than 200 crores INR becoming one of the highest-grossing films of Telegu cinema. His upcoming film is Pushpa, an action-thriller film by director Sukumar.
